Presentations and Information from the Spring Term 2020 Leadership Updates
The agenda included updates from Andy Coller and Dave Freeman from Norfolk Police giving a presentation on Exploitation. Kelly Waters updated us on Operation Encompass. Lauren Reader giving pratical examples on using your apprenticeship levy. Alison Townsend on play therapy apprenticeships. Ofsted feedback from Headteachers and finally an update from John Crowly and Tim Eyres on redesigned early help and early child and families services.
At the Secondary Leadership Update, we also had presentations from Robert Rickard (14-19 adviser) on Secondary Lead Cooperative, HE Scheme and NEACO (packs were handed out at the briefing). Carmine De Grandis joined us from STEM, sharing Computer Science courses

Presentations and Information from the Autumn term 2019 Leadership Updates
The agenda included updates from John Crowley in Education Services. Lauren Reader giving information on the apprenticeship levy with regards to usage and support. Active Norfolk gave a presentation on how to use your sports premium funding to support your SIDP. Kelly Waters on safeguarding updates and Simon Paylor giving an update on the CAMHS transformation programme.
